steady as it goes

Welcome to the first entry in what I hope will be a regular event. There won't be much writing on my part. I want to get in the habit of drawing regularly for fun (as opposed to paid cartoon work) and this blog will help. There will be all kinds of drawings, from rough drafts and sketches to fully developed pieces.

Here's the first illustration - not a fun piece, but enjoyable to draw and colour. The title says it all: 'Old Hate'.

I am lazy when it comes to flames; I used the wonderful 'flame' photoshop brushes provided by www.obsidiandawn.com.
